This RV Resort was designed by RV travelers for RV travelers with one main objective in mind, Convenience!  Our Big Rig RV Super Sites are all 50 FT wide and a minimum 5,000 SF of area.  These oversized sites were engineered to accommodate the Biggest of Big Rig RVs. 

The Developers are primarily a Florida based development company, specializing in waterfront communities and high-end homes.  After the success of their last project, Shakett Creek Pointe, one of the partners was traveling through the Carolinas and found it difficult to find a home to park his Big Rig RV.  Well,  you know the rest of the story

Here at Rivers Edge Mountain RV Resort we like to keep it a place of beauty where people can have fun, remain safe and relax, so we have a few rules to keep everyone happy.

    Rules

• Quiet time is 11:00 pm - 7:oo am.

• Clotheslines are not permitted in Resort.

• Dogs must be on a leash; Owners must clean up after dogs; Unattended dogs may not be left outside.

• Campfires are permitted in designated areas only.

• Please deposit trash in dumpsters, do not leave on site.

• NO SWIMMING IN THE RIVER. Nottley river is Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) controlled and THE CURRENT CAN BECOME VERY STRONG WITH OUT WARNING.

• You must have Management Approval before washing vehicles and before doing mechanical work on vehicles.

• Motorcycles (including pocket motorcycles), golf carts and ATVs must be operated by a licensed driver. 

• Bicycles must have front and rear light to operate after sunset.

• No more than 2 vehicles per site. Each vehicle must have valid license tags and insurance.

• All visitors must check in at front desk to get visitors pass.

• Be aware of wildlife: Bears, Raccoons, Deer, etc. They are not tame.  Do not feed them or leave food and trash out on site.

• Ttrailers can be dropped in designated storage  areas  by Management only.

• Group gatherings must have Management Approval.

• Young children must be accompanied by an adult and are not to be left unattended around the pool or river area.
